Black and Tan: Essie Licorice & China Glaze Fast Track

I do a lot of black/tan mani combos for work . It has contrast without being flamboyant (do this same mani in black and white and it suddenly belongs in the Fun Mani category). I also like to use different finishes…in this case, shimmer and cream.

I polished two coats of China Glaze Fast Track, then a coat of Seche Vite so I didn’t have to wait around all night for part two. After about 10 minutes, I taped off most of the nail, leaving just a slender part exposed and added a good coat of Essie Licorice. Remove the tape immediately after you polish. One-by-one. Finally, I finished it off with coat of Seche Vite to make it smooth.
