China Glaze Purr-fect Plum Checkers
Here’s post six in my China Glaze On Safari safari. I’ll knock out the last two polishes from this collection in one post…so one more to go! I’m happy to have a purple, Purr-fect Plum, to show you today. I created a checker pattern with Zoya Nova, an ultra-fine glitter which purr-fectly (groan) compliments the plum.
After two coats of Purr-fect Plum, Seche Vite and ten minutes, I used two pieces of tape per nail to tape off one quadrant. I polished one coat of Zoya Nova and immediately removed the tape (in the order applied). After another coat of Seche Vite and another ten minutes, I taped off the opposite quadrant and polished again. I finished with one more coat of Seche Vite to smooth it all out.
Here’s a shot using a daylight lamp.
So here are the other On Safari masterpieces (in my own mind) so far…
- Lioness (I’m Not a Lion)
- Striped Elephant (Elephant Walk, Exotic Encounters and Prey Tell)
- Mixed Doubles (Manhunt)
- Jungle Queen (Jungle Queen)
- Fall Dots (Kalahari Kiss, Call of the Wild and Adventure Red-y)
Disclosure: I have no material connection to the products used in this post.
