Zoya Gilty Gradient

“Say what?” says my hubby when I tell him this is an 18K real gold gradient mani. He obviously appreciates the finer things (and the fact that this look was not easy). I knew I wanted to use my Zoya Gilty Gold Flake topcoat over a purple. And wouldn’t you know it? The Zoya Ornate Collection came on the very same day and Aurora was dazzling me. I’ll post more on the Ornate Collection later…but suffice it to say, it is my favorite Zoya collection ever. This mani is two coats of Zoya Aurora and a gradient of Gilty. How did I do it? I used a small flat nail art brush to collect the flakes off the polish brush and then placed and patted them on each nail…one by one…exactly where I wanted them. It was so worth it though!

This look was so unusual that I wanted to show you a whole bunch of pictures. Don’t forget! You can win your own Zoya Gilty (and Raven and Purity) by entering my current giveaway. Enter before 10/31!

  9. The Ornate collection is by far my favorite, too. I think Gilty would look amazing as a gradient over Logan. Green and gold at Christmas time? What could be better? :)
