Double Tipping: Zoya Logan and Ziv
Today I have the last mani using polishes from the Zoya Ornate Collection. I must tell you that I’m not a green polish person, but Logan may be an exception. I took a cue from Zoya’s website and paired it with a gold tip in Ziv. Logan has a gold-leafy-like foil finish, just like Ziv. It’s hard to describe or capture in pictures! To do the double-tip, I used regular striping tape to tape off the top of the nail and also one line below that – a tape’s width apart. Then I polished over it in Ziv and removed the tape immediately after polishing each nail. Don’t forget to run the brush along the ends so you don’t end up with green tips.
Since the finishes of both polishes are so similar, this really is a cool look in person. It’s like a velvety foil finish.
And here’s Logan and all of its fabulousness.
Don’t forget to enter my Zoya Gilty Pleasures Giveaway! These trios are sold out and will be hard to come by (I saw a $60 listing on ebay today!) Enter by October 31st!

This is absolutely stunning! I must get some striping tape at Sally’s next time I’m there!
Thanks! Yes, striping tape is so fast and easy!
This is so beautiful! I must get that Zoya polish and some striping tape. I have always freehanded stripes, but it looks so sharp and crisp with your nice even edges and I love the look.
Thank you, Cindi!
It’s super pretty! Never thought green&gold would be so good together!
I’m dying. Can’t wait to try this…how long do you let your base coat dry before applying tape for tips? I’m never patient enough….
In love with this…my university’s colors!
This looks great! Looking very festive :)
