Pure Ice Holiday 2012 Collection Roundup

Last night I posted the fifth and final set of Pure Ice Holiday 2012 Collection Swatches. Doing simple nail art is my first mani-love…but this week has been a nice change of pace. It doesn’t hurt that the colors are fun, the formulas are great and the price is right. For under $2 each, the hard part is just finding them in stock. So here’s a roundup of all 30 polishes swatched over this last week. Don’t forget, one winner will get them ALL and then some. So keep reading after the gallery!

As I explained in my contest update…even though my giveaway has an AWESOME prize already…I just couldn’t stand to send out an incomplete set. So I ravaged my local Walmart and picked up the remaining polishes: Platinum (pearly white), Bite Me (shimmery, bronzy gold), Not Now (deep green/blue metallic), No Means No (shimmery deep purple that is curiously close to Purple Rain) and finally, Siren (pretty, perfect, red creme). It’s worth a mention – Pure Ice has been just a gem to work with. If you are a blogger who’s interested in being considered for their blogger list, fill out their online survey here.

I’m taking the weekend off posting to finish up Christmas prep and enjoy my family (and maybe lay off the acetone for a day or two!) Have a wonderful weekend!!

I thought their limited edition was so spectacular, and this one has me a little underwhelmed. With the exception of the clear version of Sugar Cookie (if I can find it), I don’t think I will be buying any of these.

  2. My fingers are crossed for a win, your nails look gorge as always and I’m sometimes confused at all of the mumbo jumbo on the Rafflecopter site. I have peroxide brain today.

    • Thank you, thank you! It would be quite awesome if the little Rafflecopter random generator picked you! Of course, now that I’ve said that in a public forum, per my lawyers (or maybe just my husband hollerin’ from the garage), I will have to disqualify you to avoid any perception of impropriety.

It would be great to win the polish now that you have me hooked, lol

Ok so I put Celestial on my toes. Then I put it on my nails. It came out looking like I had little bubbles in my nails. Maybe I didn’t get all the dust off. Anyway, then I covered my nails with Heartbreaker so the color looks similar but my nails aren’t as stark as my toes. I’m dancing in a show tomorrow and I didn’t want my nails to be as bright of a color

  5. I love how colorful a lot of those turned out! And they look gorgeous on you. My favorite is On His Saddle. I’m going to have to go buy one of that one and some of the others. Also, that is so sweet of you to complete the set! :)
